About This Event
For ICTPA-SCC 2024 December Luncheon, we are honored to welcome a distinguished keynote speaker, Ms. Gloria Roberts, Director of Caltrans District 7. Ms. Roberts leads over 2,500 employees dedicated to serving the eleven million residents in the 98 cities and multiple unincorporated areas of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, and also the Ports of Long Beach, Los Angeles and Hueneme. She and her team are responsible for an annual $4 billion capital program that improves and maintains the 42 freeways and state highways in District 7. She will bring us an overview of meeting challenges at Caltrans District 7.
