We are honored to welcome a distinguished keynote speaker, Mr. Ben Porritt, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Brightline West. Brightline West High-speed rail project is a modern, eco-friendly high-speed passenger rail system, which will redefine train travel in America and connect two of our most iconic destinations: Las Vegas and Southern California. The 218-mile passenger rail service will operate from Las Vegas to Rancho Cucamonga, California with the majority of the alignment within the median of the I-15. As a member of Brightline’s executive team, Mr. Porritt oversees government and public affairs, corporate responsibility and community outreach. He leads and is a key contributor to local and federal outreach and has been involved in securing support for private activity bonds, grants and other initiatives to expand and enhance Brightline’s operations. He will bring us an update of Brightline West High Speed Rail Project, and also share experiences from the successful Brightline Florida High Speed Rail Project.
